Improved user management and reporting

Invite people by name, and welcome new users with a short setup screen where they confirm their name, pick their role, add a profile photo and find help to get started. Profile pictures keep up when a name changes, and Reports are regrouped by purpose, with user activity, sign-ins and access together for admins.
